Our Story

A rustic modern
mountain table.

Established in 2019 inside a building first raised in 1960, our space was renovated into a minimalist modern mountain room that pays homage to the history of Emigration Canyon. Dine in open-concept rooms full of original architecture — or, when the season allows, on our creekside lower patio and treehouse-like upper patio.

We honor traditional cooking methods through our wood-fired ovens and add our own mountain influence to every dish.

The Emigration Old Fashioned

Served in a glass
smoked over oak.

Brown butter bourbon, tart cherry liqueur, vanilla syrup, oak-barrel aged bitters, rosemary, cinnamon and orange — poured into a glass filled with oak smoke at the bar. Every cocktail we make uses local spirits, freshly squeezed juices and house-made syrups.

We can also prepare a wide variety of classic cocktails. Just ask.

Coming Soon · Holladay

A second home,
down the canyon.

We’re building a state-of-the-art restaurant, bar and taproom with our own microbrewery in Holladay — continuing a mission to celebrate the brewing history of Utah through traditional and new craft beer styles.
