Fifteen minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, up Emigration Canyon — weekend brunch beside the creek, on the patio, or in the wood-fired dining room.
Most brunch in Salt Lake City happens downtown. Ours happens fifteen minutes east of it, up Emigration Canyon Road, in a renovated 1960 building with a creek running past the lower patio and the canyon walls rising on either side.
Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 2:00pm. When the season allows, the creekside lower patio and the treehouse-like upper patio are open — the same wood-fired kitchen, with the canyon instead of a dining room wall. Reservations are highly recommended at weekends.
From downtown Salt Lake City, head east on 800 South, continue onto Emigration Canyon Road and follow it up past the creek. We are at 4170 Emigration Canyon Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84108, with parking on site — just past Ruth’s Diner and a few minutes beyond Hogle Zoo.
Patio seating is seasonal and weather dependent. In autumn the canyon turns; in winter, check road conditions before you set out.

Brunch runs Saturday and Sunday, 10:00am to 2:00pm. Reservations are highly recommended, especially for the patios.
